Which withdrawal methods are available?

ForexClub offers a variety of deposit and withdrawal methods, including UnionPay cards, credit cards, bank transfers, E-wallets and other payment methods. 

Once you open a ForexClub account, simply log in, go to the ‘Funds’ tab, and then click ‘Withdrawal’ to view all available payment methods. There you can easily choose the most suitable withdrawal method.

Can I withdraw funds at any time?

You can withdraw funds at any time, as long as your account is verified. Whenever you need to withdraw your funds, you can easily request a withdrawal.

Does ForexClub have an instant withdrawal option?

ForexClub does not offer instant withdrawal options. Funds can be instantly withdrawn only through E-wallets. Other withdrawal methods may have a delay in arrival.

Can I withdraw funds to the account of a friend/relative?

You cannot withdraw funds to the accounts of friends or relatives (third-party accounts). All withdrawal transactions must be processed only within your own account to ensure the security and compliance of the account.

Can I withdraw funds if I still have open trades/open positions?

If you have open trades, you can still create a withdrawal request.

However, please note that the total amount of your open positions (adjusted by current profit and loss) must not affect the amount you request to withdraw. In other words, the amount you request to withdraw cannot be used as margin to support your open positions, otherwise, your withdrawal request will be rejected. 

To ensure that your withdrawal request is successfully approved, please carefully check your account balance and position status before creating a withdrawal request.

Will the withdrawal be processed on the same day after creating a request? Is there a guarantee that the withdrawal will be processed within a few days?

After creating a withdrawal request, the relevant department will process it as soon as possible. However, there is no guarantee that it will be processed on the same day. The specific processing time may be affected by many factors, including the process of a withdrawal details review and the withdrawal method you choose.

Can I transfer money between accounts with the same name? What is the transfer process and how long does it take to arrive?

The transfers of cryptocurrencies between accounts with the same name are not possible.

Are there any fees for withdrawals?

A fee for withdrawals depends on the payment method you choose. Some methods may charge a certain handling fee. Please refer to the information on the screen for the specific fee withdrawal. There you can always see the relevant fees of each payment method to choose the suitable withdrawal method.
