In order to withdraw your funds, please follow few simple steps:
Transfer funds to universal wallet：first, transfer your funds to universal wallet. For detailed instructions, please follow this link.
Create a withdrawal request：
Log in to your account.
Find the Trader’s menu.
Select the 'Funds' option and click ‘Withdraw Funds’.
Select the wallet for the funds to be withdrawn from.
Select the most convenient withdrawal method and click ‘Continue’.
Choose transfer details：enter the amount you want to withdraw in the ‘Amount’ section and check that it is correct. Then, click ‘Continue’ and the system will automatically transfer you to the confirmation page.
Confirm the transfer：on the confirmation page, please carefully check if the amount and other entered information is correct. If you would like to change some details, you can return to previous pages to modify them. After that, click ‘Continue’. The transaction is completed.
