Can I transfer funds from my trading account to another person's trading account?
You cannot transfer funds from your trading account to another person's trading account. Fund transfers are available only to the accounts belonging to one person.
If I deposited using a credit or debit card, but my withdrawal amount is higher than my previous deposit, will there be any difficulties?
If you deposit using a credit or debit card, but the withdrawal amount is higher than the previous deposit amount, the risk management department may need to review your withdrawal request. Such a situation may also require you to provide additional documents to confirm the withdrawal.

Why is my deposit not showing up in my trading account? What can I do?
If your funds has been debited but the deposit has not arrived to your account, please send an email to cs@help.forexclub.org and provide the necessary payment information:
A screenshot of proof of payment;
Your trading account number with our company;
Your name, payment date and amount.
We will do our best to help you as soon as possible.
In which currency can I deposit?
Currently ForexClub only supports deposits in USD.
Can I deposit/withdraw funds to the account of a friend/relative (third party)?
You cannot deposit or withdraw funds to the accounts of friends or relatives (i.e. third-party accounts). All fund operations are available only to the accounts belonging to one person.
Will deposit and withdrawal requests be processed on non-working days?
Yes, deposits and withdrawals requests are processed during non-working days to ensure that the transactions needs of clients are met. However, please note that the processing speed may be slower than usual.
