In order to withdraw funds using a UnionPay card for the first time, you need to follow the next simple steps:
Login to your account: visit our web-site and log in to your ForexClub account.
Find ‘Funds’ tab：in the Trader’s menu, click the ‘‘Funds’ tab.
Select the ‘Withdraw Funds’ section：select ‘Withdraw Funds’ to start the withdrawal.
Select the wallet: select the wallet for the funds to be withdrawn from.
Choose a withdrawal method：select ‘China UnionPay’ as the withdrawal method.
Add withdrawal information：choose the option ‘ + Upload Payment Details’.
Fill in the withdrawal information：fill in the relevant withdrawal information following the instructions on the screen.
Upload relevant files：it is necessary to provide photos of the front and back of your UnionPay card, as well as bank statements (if any).
Submit your application：after completing the information, click Submit and your withdrawal application will enter the review process.
Waiting for review：after the review is passed, you can use UnionPay card to withdraw funds.
