How long does it take to open an account? Where do I upload the documents to verify my account? When do I need to provide documents?
Opening an account takes only a few minutes. After the registration is completed, each customer needs to verify the account uploading the necessary documents. You can choose the type of document to be verified: it can be ID card, driver's license, passport or residence permit. We draw your attention that a real trading account can only be opened after your document is verified. If additional information is required, you will receive additional notification by email.

Choose the ‘Profile’ section and click "Profile Verification".

I have submitted the documents for verification and have been waiting for a long time. How long do I have to wait?
After you upload documents into your personal account, the specialists will check the data within a few working hours. If documents meet the requirements, they will be submitted to the relevant department for review. This usually takes 1-2 or more working days.
How many phone numbers can be registered for one account?
Currently, accounts do not need to be bound to a phone number. If there are any changes in the requirements in the future, you will be notified by email in a timely manner.
How do I send the requested documents?
When logging in to your account, a notification message will be displayed at the top. Please click the ‘ Upload POA here’ link to enter the page and submit your documents.
What if my Proof of address is issued in the name of my parent/spouse?
If the Proof of address is issued in the name of a parent or spouse, you can submit your household registration booklet as a supporting document, as it contains the residential address information.
