To download the ForexClub trading platform, log in to your ForexClub account and click the left Trader’s menu → Downloads → Download according to device requirements.

Can I log in to my trading account from different computers at the same time?
You can operate the same trading account on different devices at the same time.
If your internet connection is smooth, trading operations will be displayed synchronously in the positions and trading history of all logged-in devices.
Please note that transaction logs will be recorded independently according to the operations of each device and will not be displayed on all logged-in devices at the same time.
What is the default time zone in MT4? Can it be changed?
The default time setting of the MT4 platform is based on Eastern European time, which is GMT+2 (winter time) or GMT+3 (summer time). This time zone is set by default and cannot be changed in the terminal settings.

The server addresses of demo accounts and real accounts can be found in the section ‘Account Overview’ within the main account. To find the relevant server address for the desired account please go to Trader’s menu → Accounts → Accounts Overview.
Why am I getting an ‘Authorization failed’ error in the MT4 mobile app?
This may happen if you try to connect to an incorrect server. Please select the correct server from the list when connecting to your trading account in the mobile application.
