What should I do if I cannot log in to the trading platform?

First, please make sure you have entered the correct login information. To find your account and server information, follow these simple steps:

  • Log in to your account.

  • Find the ‘Trader’s menu’.

  • In the 'Accounts' section click 'Accounts Overview'.

  • Find your account number and click ‘View’ to see all the account information, including the server name.

*The same path applies to mobile phone
