In order to change your Trading Platform Password, please follow few simple steps:
Log in to your ForexClub account.
Go to the ‘Trader’s menu’.
Click 'Accounts Overview' in the 'Accounts' section.
Find your account number and click ‘View’ to find the account information, including the server name.
*The same instruction applies to mobile phones.
What is the Trading Platform Password?
The Trading Platform Password is used when confirming transactions on the MT4 platform.
What is the Investor Password (read-only password)?
An Investor Password is a password that is used to view account information and transaction history. After logging into a trading account with a read-only password, you can only view the positions held and transaction history, and cannot perform any trading operations on the account.
How to change password:
Click the ‘Change’ button to the right of ‘Trading Platform Password’
Select ‘Send PIN’ and click’Continue’.
A PIN code will be sent to your registered email address.
On the ‘Change Password’ page, enter the new password and the PIN received in the email, then click ‘Continue’.
After that you will see the confirmation of the password change.
The confirmation email will also be sent to the registered email address.
