Our financial department sent you a request for additional documentation, but you have not provided it yet.
The bank account you requested a withdrawal to is not in your name or does not belong to you. According to our company policy, we prohibit withdrawals to third-party accounts. Therefore, when creating a withdrawal request, please make sure that the bank account information is under your own name.
You have entered incorrect trading account information, or the account information is wrong. Please check the accuracy of the account information you entered.
