What other financial instruments does ForexClub offer?

The main trading platform provided by ForexClub is MetaTrader 4. MT4 is a popular trading platform that supports foreign exchange, precious metals and contracts for difference (CFD) trading, with the following features:

Why do I have to pay commissions/fees?

Commissions are paid to cover the cost of services provided by the platform, including trade execution, market access and technical support for the platform. These are common fees charged in trading.

Why is the overnight interest rate on Wednesday three times higher than usual?

When trading in the spot foreign exchange market, delivery and settlement will actually be made two business days in advance. For example, the price traded on Thursday is delivered on Monday, the price traded on Friday is delivered on Tuesday, and so on.

Is ForexClub a Market Maker, STP or ECN?

ForexClub only offers ECN accounts and Standard accounts.

What are the minimum and maximum lot sizes for a Standard account?

Minimum amount = 0.01 lot

Maximum amount = 50 lots

Is there a limit to the number of positions I can open at one time?

A maximum of positions which can be opened is 300.

What are the minimum and maximum lot sizes for a Micro account?

We do not offer Mini, Nano or Micro accounts at this time.

How many currency pairs does ForexClub offer?

ForexClub offers up to 50 currency pairs, including major, minor and exotic currency pairs. Such choice of currency pairs provide traders with a variety of trading options to meet the needs of different strategies. You can choose the appropriate currency pair to trade according to market trends.

How long can I keep my position open?

The length of time you can keep your position open will generally depend on several factors:

Transaction type：different trading strategies and types will affect how long you hold a position. For example, day traders typically close their positions within the same day, while swing traders may hold positions for days to weeks.

Contract expiration：for some contracts, particularly Contracts for Difference (CFDs), there may be an expiry date before which you will need to close your position.

Margin requirements：if market fluctuations cause your account balance to fall below your margin requirements, you may need to close your position.

Personal trading strategy：based on your trading strategy and market analysis, you can decide when to close your position.

If the contract doesn’t have a specific expiry date, you can decide how long to hold your position based on market conditions and your personal strategy. It is recommended to follow market dynamics and risk management.

Currently, we do not provide binary options trading services.

Does ForexClub allow scalping?

Yes, scalping is allowed on all our account types.

Can I lose more than my deposit during trading?

During the trading process, your losses cannot exceed the deposit amount. We provide a negative balance protection policy to ensure that you will not lose more than the amount you deposited.

Can I lose more than my account balance?

If your account balance comes negative, the system will automatically perform negative balance protection to ensure that your account is restored to normal status.

If I face difficulties with opening an order, can I place an order using my phone?

If you face any issues with trading, you cannot place orders directly by phone. It is recommended to use the trading platform or contact the Customer Support to solve an issue. If you have any related questions, please feel free to contact Customer Support for further assistance.

Will all my trades be processed directly by the market at ForexClub?

When trading with ForexClub, all your trades will be processed according to the corresponding execution method. Depending on the account type, the trade may be processed directly by the market (in an ECN account) or through the Market Maker model (in a Standard account).

Does ForexClub support trading based on news data?

ForexClub supports trading based on news data, however, please note that the interval between transactions must not be less than 3 minutes. In case of any related questions, you can contact your account manager.

Can I subscribe/unsubscribe to daily news and market forecasts?

ForexClub provides subscription/unsubscription services for daily news and market forecasts. Please contact your account manager for the detailed information.

Does ForexClub support EA or other Intelligent Trading Systems?
Yes, the MT4 trading platform allows traders to use and run Expert Advisors (EAs) and other automated trading tools.

Does ForexClub provide trading signals and operation suggestions?
