If you find that the ‘New Order’ button in MT4 is grey and unclickable, there may be several reasons:
Unsuccessful login：make sure you have successfully logged into your trading account.
Selected product status：check if the selected financial instrument is available for trading.
Wrong password used：make sure you are using your Master Password and not your Investor Password. An Investor Password provides read-only access and will therefore render the platform read-only.
You can view the Master Password (Trading Platform Password) and Investor Password of your trading account in your ForexClub account. Please make sure to log in with the Trading Platform Password to enable all trading functions.
