Does ForexClub support trading based on news data?

ForexClub supports trading based on news data, however, please note that the interval between transactions must not be less than 3 minutes. In case of any related questions, you can contact your account manager.

Does ForexClub provide FIX API?

Currently, ForexClub does not provide FIX API services. To check whether there are any related service updates, please follow the news and updates on the official website or contact Customer Support for the latest information.

How long does ForexClub store my personal information?

Our company collects and stores information about each customer to ensure that the services can be provided. This information may include, but is not limited to, personal data (name, identification document, contact information), system access and usage information, and records of communication with the company.

Personal data is collected to ensure that the Company can execute the agreements reached with the data subjects (customers) and to fulfill the obligations imposed by law.

ForexClub does not accept clients from the United States. Due to US regulatory requirements, many foreign exchange trading platforms cannot provide services to US customers. Where is ForexClub's trading server located?

To ensure the security and stability of the system, the specific geographical locations of trading servers are not disclosed. Although we share general information about server performance and availability, the specific locations are kept confidential to prevent potential security risks.
