How to change the Investor Password?

To change or reset your Investor Password, please follow the steps below:

  1. Visit our website and log in to your account.

  2. After logging in, go to the "Trader’s menu" to manage your account settings.

  3. In your "Trader’s menu", find the "Accounts" section and select "Accounts Overview".

  4. On the "Accounts Overview" page, click on the account number for which you want to change the Investor Password and find the line "Investor Password". Click the "Change" button.

  5. The system will send an email containing a PIN code to your registered email address. Please check your Inbox and Spam folders.

  6. Enter a new password you would like to be set in the corresponding field.

  7. Check and re-enter the new password in the corresponding field to confirm its accuracy.

  8. Enter the PIN code sent to your email address into the corresponding field.

  9. After entering the PIN code, click "Continue" to complete the password change or reset process.

  10. Once the procedure is completed, you will receive a confirmation email notifying that your Investor Password has been successfully changed.
