If an account goes offline, will all open positions and orders of this account be automatically closed?

After your account goes offline, open positions and orders will not be automatically closed. As long as you do not manually close these positions or orders, or do not trigger the take-profit, stop-loss or forced liquidation conditions, the trading platform will continue to maintain these positions and orders.

A position or an order may be automatically closed only in the following cases:

  1. Take Profit and Stop Loss:if the market price reaches the Take Profit or Stop Loss level you set, the system will automatically execute the corresponding order.

  2. Margin Call and Forced Liquidation:when the account margin level is lower than the margin call ratio set by the platform (such as 50%), the system will force liquidation to prevent further losses.

  3. Stop Limit Order:if you set a Limit Order and the market price reaches the set price, the system will automatically execute it.

As a result, the account going offline will not affect the status of open positions or orders.
