If you face some issues during trading in MetaTrader, please save the following information to resolve a difficulty as quickly as possible:
Record an issue:record the difficulty you are facing in as much detail as possible, including the time, relevant order numbers, and any error messages.
Provide information, such as:
your MT4 account number;
the order numbers associated with an issue.
Save a proof of an issue:if you face disconnections or other difficulties, please save relevant supporting proofs, such as screenshots or recorded videos, if possible.
In case of requesting a claim:please specify the claim amount, its basis and calculation algorithm.
