What do I do if there is a sudden disconnection, slippage or other issues during trading?

If you face some issues during trading in MetaTrader, please save the following information to resolve a difficulty as quickly as possible:

  1. Record an issue:record the difficulty you are facing in as much detail as possible, including the time, relevant order numbers, and any error messages.

  2. Provide information, such as

    • your MT4 account number;

    • the order numbers associated with an issue.

  3. Save a proof of an issue:if you face disconnections or other difficulties, please save relevant supporting proofs, such as screenshots or recorded videos, if possible.

  4. In case of requesting a claim:please specify the claim amount, its basis and calculation  algorithm.

  5. Send us an email: attach all the above information and send it to [email protected] so that we can resolve your question in a timely manner.
