If you receive the error message "Invalid username or password", please follow these steps to resolve the difficulty:
- Double-check the entered credentials 
 Make sure you enter your username and password correctly, paying attention to uppercase and lowercase letters and special characters. 
- Reset Password 
 If you have forgotten your password or think it may be incorrect, please try resetting it via the "Reset Password" option. A password reset link will be sent to your registered email address.  
- Check account status 
 Check whether your account has been locked or disabled. If so, please contact Customer Support for further assistance.
- Clear Cache and Cookies 
 Clear your browser's Cache and Cookies and try to log in again.
- Use another browser or device 
 Try signing in using a different browser or device.
- Contact Support
