How to change the Investor Password?

To change or reset your Investor Password, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your ForexClub account 
    Visit our website and log in to your account.

  2. Find the ‘Trader’s menu’
    After logging in, go to the ‘Trader’s menu’ to manage your account settings.

  3. Choose 'Accounts Overview' in the 'Accounts' section
    In your ‘Trader’s menu’, find the ‘Accounts’ section and select ‘Accounts Overview’.

  4. Select 'Change' Password option
    On the ‘Accounts Overview’ page, click on the account number for which you want to change the Investor Password and find the line ‘Investor Password’. Click the ‘Change’ button.

  5. Check your email for a PIN code
    The system will send an email containing a PIN code to your registered email address. Please check your Inbox and Spam folders.

  6. Enter new password
    Enter a new password you would like to be set in the corresponding field.

  7. Check new password
    Check and re-enter the new password in the corresponding field to confirm its accuracy.

  8. Enter PIN code
    Enter the PIN code sent to your email address into the corresponding field.

  9. Click ‘Continue’
    After entering the PIN code, click ‘Continue’ to complete the password change or reset process.

  10. Check the confirmation email
    Once the procedure is completed, you will receive a confirmation email notifying that your Investor Password has been successfully changed.
