1. Visit the platform's homepage and log into your account.
2. In the "Profile" section of the "Trader’s Menu", click on the subcategory "Profile".
3. Locate your current email address and click "Change".
4. Choose "Email" to receive the PIN code, then click "Continue".
5. On the "Request Change Email" page, enter the following details:
New Email address
Reason for change
The PIN code received in your email
Then click "Continue" to submit the request.
6. After submitting the request, the email field will display a Pending status.
You will receive an email notification once the application is approved or rejected.
