How to change email?

Steps to change your Email Address:

1. Log in to the Homepage
    Visit the platform's homepage and log into your account.

2. After logging in, click on " Trader’s Menu"

   In the "Profile" section, click on the subcategory “Profile”.

3. Modify Email Address

• Locate your current email address and click Change.
  

4. Select Email for PIN Code
   
   

   • Choose Email to receive the PIN code, then click "Continue".

5. Fill in the Change Information
    On the Request Change of Email page, enter the following details:

• New Email Address
  
  

• Reason for Change
  
  

• The PIN code received in your email

•  Then click "Continue" to submit the request.

6. Wait for Approval Results
   
   

   • After submitting the request, the email field will display a Pending status.

• You will receive an email notification once the application is approved or rejected.
  
  

• If the email change is approved

• If the email change is rejected
