Why is my deposit not showing up in my trading account? What can I do?

If your funds has been debited but the deposit has not arrived to your account, please send an email to [email protected] and provide the necessary payment information: 

  1. A screenshot of proof of payment;

  2. Your trading account number with our company;

  3. Your name, payment date and amount. 


We will do our best to help you as soon as possible.
