Can the same person open two trading accounts with two email addresses? Can funds be transferred between the two accounts?

The same person can open two trading accounts using two different email addresses. However, funds cannot be transferred between the two accounts, nor can funds be transferred internally.


Can all my accounts be on the same server?

According to the platform rules, different accounts cannot belong to the same server.


Can I change the default currency of my account?

Currently the platform supports only USD as the default account currency. In case of any changes of the platform rules or conditions, you will receive a notification via email.


How do I modify/update my personal information in the account?

A personal account information is always verified based on the supporting documents a client submitted during account opening, so this data cannot be changed after the account is created. You can only change your password, email and platform language.

Where can I view the account and server information?

You can view your account and server information by following few simple steps:


Log in to your ForexClub account.


Go to the ‘Trader’s menu’.


Click the 'Accounts Overview' in the 'Accounts' section.


Find and click on the desired account number. There you can view the detailed information of the account, including the server name.
